細砂糖 20g

低筋麵粉 15g

鮮奶油 Whipping cream 3大匙 tablespoon
香草精 1小匙 teaspoon

5. 雞蛋分4次加入奶油乳酪糊中,每次都要等蛋液吃進去才可繼續加入
6. 加入香草精、鮮奶油、低筋麵粉,拌勻。
9. 先用小刀沿模型邊緣割一圈,幫助脫模。

◎ Crust Ingredients
120g graham cracker crumbs
20g sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
40g unsalted butter
◎ Filling
3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese (Original or 1/3 less fat)
165g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons Whipping cream
4 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of cake flour
Steps:
Cream cheese / Eggs / Unsalted butter must be at room temperature.
◎ Crust
1. Melting butter via the microwave oven - 30 seconds.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, ground cinnamon and unsalted butter together.
3. Press onto bottom of baking pan and Put it into the oven。
➜ Heat oven to 250°F and Bake 10 minutes
◎ Filling
4. Mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
5. Mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate.
6. Mix in whipping cream, vanilla and cake flour until smooth.
7. Pour filling into prepared crust.
8. Place the pan into a larger pan, and fill the larger pan with 2 inches height of hot water.
9. After cooling down, put it into refrigerator for 8 hrs and serve.
